At BelLA’s House Of Blues, we only accept committed fosters because true decompression takes time, stability, and consistency. Many of these dogs come from trauma, neglect, abandonment, or overcrowded shelters where they never felt safe. Constantly moving them creates more stress and fear. A committed foster gives them the chance to relax, heal emotionally, build trust, and finally experience the love and safety every dog deserves.

**LONG BEACH CA**
Sera is an 8-year-old blue nose pittie with the sweetest, mellow personality. She loves kids, amazing with big and small dogs, and is even great around livestock!
After living in a home with over 50 dogs and raising her puppies, who now all have homes, it’s finally Sera’s turn to be loved. She loves treats, cozy beds, and lounging around. No digging, no fence jumping, just a calm, loving girl ready for her forever family.
She will be spayed soon and is ready for her true forever.

** Fosters are the true heroes of rescue. They are the reason dogs get a second chance at life, love, and safety. BelLA’s House Of Blues covers essential supplies, approved medical care, and rescue-related needs — fosters simply provide a safe space, patience, and love. Without committed foster homes, we cannot save dogs facing euthanasia, abandonment, neglect, or homelessness.
